What's so special about PORON 4000?
It's made from microporous polyurethane foam which has excellent shock absorbing properties making it ideal for helping reduce discomfort from arthritis, weak arches and ball of foot pain. Developed by a podiatrist working in conjunction with Cosyfeet, our specialist range of PORON 4000 insoles and supports are designed to fit our extra roomy footwear.

Fitting Expert Review
These arch supports are designed to give gentle support if you have fallen arches. They are more cushioning than corrective so are suitable if you just want to support the foot. They are 3/4 length and are designed that the back of the insole is against the back of the shoe. If you wish to re-align the foot, I suggest you try the Vionic range of orthotics that we do.
